Introducing: Your New Fashivly Platform
Over the summer, we interviewed several of you to better understand what you wanted to see from Fashivly in the future. One theme kept popping up again and again: clients wanted a way to see all their looks, products, and style guides in one place.
Here's the exciting news - today we can bring that request to life!
Introducing: Your New Fashivly Platform
Think of your Fashivly account as a digital hub for your personal style - essentially a cheat sheet for getting dressed in the morning, or a running inventory of curated pieces to incorporate into your outfits. You can reference it when you're feeling stuck, in a hurry, or in need of inspiration. It's now easy to compare looks and mix and match pieces from different guides, plus it puts all your products into shopping list of pieces that were picked specifically for you by your stylist (Christmas list, anyone?)
Your Fashivly profile has three sections – looks, products, and style guides, and we'll get in to a bit more detail about what those look like.
Looks
Your Looks tab has every outfit we’ve created for you since spring 2024. You can filter by style guide, or sort by recency or look name.
Click on a look to expand the image, see your styling notes, and shop the pieces.
Products
Your Products tab has every piece your stylist has pulled for you across every style guide since spring 2024.
Think of this like your own curated feed of recommendations — everything is 100% personalized for your vibe, your budget, and your life.
You can filter by style guide or by look, or sort by retailer name.
Style Guides
Click on the Style Guides tab to review or edit your questionnaire* and see all of your past style guides.
To review a questionnaire, click on the three dots next to the style guide name. If your stylist hasn’t started pulling pieces for you yet, you can edit your responses inside the platform to give them more context about what you’re looking for.
Clicking on a style guide opens your guide in a shareable new tab. Send the link to friends or family to show them your looks (especially helpful if anyone needs ideas for last minute Christmas gifts!!).
* Note: viewing questionnaires inside the Fashivly platform is a relatively new feature. Only very recent questionnaires will be inside the Fashivly platform. We DO still have your older questionnaires on file and can reference them if you want us to!
How to access your account
The Fashivly platform is available to all recent Fashivly clients. If you’ve gotten a style guide from us between spring 2024 and today, you likely have a Fashivly account already!
The first step is to activate your account — enter the email address you used to order*, and follow the prompts you get by email to set a password and log in.
If you’ve logged into the Fashivly platform before, you can skip this step and proceed to the login page.
*If you don’t know the email address you used to order or are running into issues accessing your account, email us at hello@fashivly.com — we’d be happy to help!
If you’re not a client yet, we’d love to style you!! When you place an order for your first style guide, you’ll get an email prompting you to activate your new Fashivly account. Once your stylist has completed your looks, we’ll send your style guide to you via email with a link to log in and see your pieces, outfits, and style guide inside the Fashivly platform.

In 2025, we want to bring more of your voices into the forefront of our decisions. We plan to send surveys, conduct 1:1 interviews, and have clients give us feedback on new products and new features before we roll them out to everyone.
