FAQS
Do I have to schedule a video call or block out time on my calendar?
Nope! No zoom calls, no specific time commitment from you.
The Style Questionnaire is the place to tell us all about you -- your budget, your lifestyle, your body type, and your vibe. Check your inbox after purchase for a link to the questionnaire!
Do you work with all sizes? Genders?
Yes, yes and YES! Whether you're a size 00 or a size 24, 4'11 or 6'3, our industry-experienced stylists have worked with every shape, size and person imaginable. (Guys, that means you too!)
What's the average cost of pieces you pull? Do you only pull from certain brands?
It's allllll up to you!
Depending on what you tell us about your budget and preferences in the questionnaire, we'll pull everything from fast fashion to indie brands to designer pieces.
Into more sustainable options as well? We've got you covered -- we can pull pieces from slow fashion companies alongside secondhand picks (US only).
The only thing we DON'T specialize in right now is an entire style guide of second-hand pieces (*crying emoji*)
Can I give a style guide as a gift? How does that work?
YES! We love styling our clients' friends, partners, family members, and loved ones.
The best way to gift a Fashivly Style Guide is to buy a gift card.
Your can email the gift card to yourself or deliver it directly to your recipient's inbox. They can use their gift card to reserve a delivery date and fill out the style questionnaire at their leisure.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes we do! If you’re in the U.K., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or almost anywhere in Europe, we’ve got you covered. Our stylists pull a mix of your own brands and international ones that ship with no duties.
If you’re outside one of these countries or regions, shoot us an email and we’ll see if we can work together: hello@fashivly.com
As someone who is clinically challenged when it comes to fashion, I decided to give this a try after hearing the founder speak at an event. It sounded like just what I needed. I had tried Wantable and Stitch Fix but was never happy with more than 1 or 2 things they shipped. Well, this service through Fashivly changed all that up. They send outfit recommendations along with links (after you fill out a detailed questionnaire) and you purchase them on your own. They send alternatives, they send extras! I had so many options to choose from and I loved all of them. They recommended things that I wouldn't have picked for myself and those things ended up being my favorites. If you are fashion-challenged like me or if you just want to see what looks they come up with for you, give Fashivly a try!! I fully intend to do it again in the spring!!
I've had a great experience with my first consultation and 10-look style guide with Fashivly. I'd been out of the shopping game for several years and really needed to overhaul my wardrobe with items that were much more current and more aligned with who I am these days. Out of the 10 looks, there were only two I didn't care for, and even then I could understand how they were suggested based on the information I provided. So far, I've purchased 13 items my stylist recommended, one item in another color, and three items I swapped similar to the stylist recs. Later this month, I'd like to purchase eight additional stylist-recommended items if they're still available, and I'm keeping an eye on several more. Questions I had along the way were responded to promptly and thoughtfully. Access to the styling platform is itself a great investment, too. I'm planning to purchase a 5-look style guide toward the end of October for winter items I'll need.
My stylist promptly provided looks however I felt that the stylist hadn't quite 'got' me. There were lots of great elements but I felt that key requirements had been forgotten e.g. nothing boxy, and no warm colours etc
Fashivly were very responsive and provided another stylist, however I don't feel that they really understood my requirements either as while making some suggestions I loved they also had neglected key requirements multiple times e.g. minimal polyester and a requirement for items that can be purchased in my home country etc
At this point I felt like maybe I hadn't provided enough clarity and detail in my initial questionnaire about my requirements, or I'd been in too much a rush to proceed and hadn't provided photos that best represented me and my style. As it would be unlikely that two stylists would both suggest so many things that don't work for me.
Therefore, I considered myself fortunate to have had some items suggested to me that I do really like, and maybe I was expecting too much for the price point. That it would perhaps be best to try this again in the future after I've a, developed a better understanding of my favourite outfits to wear and b, uploaded photos of favourite items of clothing which might be more useful to stylists than some of my inspo.
I got this as a gift and think I misunderstood what it would be. I guess I thought it would be more like a actual style guide, like how to style different pieces in interesting ways. Instead it was really just a list of things to buy, which like duh I guess I shoulda known that. Also the results felt generic. Like you entered all this info about preferences and what you were wanting out of this, and they didn't really hit that at all. Like even stuff like specifying I needed to wear a bra with things and getting HELLA assymetrical/backless tops... Wasn't horrible just wasn't what I expected, which I think that part is on me. I wanted more knowledge, not just affiliate links. I think I just expected too much, and am not the target demo.
I bought a capsule for my trip to Europe look and it was so amazing to have a complete set of looks, that alll work together, but packed up small for a long trip. Every piece was easy to order individually. They had it down to the jewelry and handbags. I will come back to this service anytime I have a big event or trip in the future.
